These programs are designed as 5-day, 40-hour training sessions (Monday to Friday), delivered in resort-style infrastructures equipped with modern classrooms, excellent connectivity, and comfortable accommodations. Participants enjoy evening recreation activities, while Saturdays are reserved for sightseeing and a gala dinner – ensuring both professional growth and memorable experiences.

We take care of the entire journey: pickup on Sunday noon, travel to the holiday destination, and return on Sunday morning after the program ends. Popular locations include Coorg for Bangalore-based clients, as well as other hill stations and beach destinations, making it a truly rewarding way to learn, bond, and grow as a team.

Step 1: Requirement Gathering

• Customer submits a request for specific training.

• Our Tech Experts Team reviews the requirement and prepares a questionnaire to better understand goals, expectations, and desired outcomes.

Step 2: Trainer Shortlisting

• Based on the responses, we identify and propose 3 suitable trainers within 24–48 hours.

• Trainers are categorized by experience levels:

  • Standard – 10+ years

  • Mid-Level – 15+ years

  • High-Level – 20+ years

• Each trainer comes with a different commercial quote.

Step 3: Trainer Evaluation & Selection

• Customers may interact with all 3 trainers via technical calls to evaluate their experience, delivery approach, course content, commercials, and availability.

• Once a trainer is shortlisted, a formal quotation is shared.

Step 4: Training Setup

• Preparation of delivery schedule.

• Lab access provided for participants (if required).

• Pre-training readiness checks.

Step 5: Training Delivery & Assessments

• Sessions conducted as per schedule.

• Includes in-class assessments plus pre & post-training evaluations to measure knowledge gain.

• Daily sharing of attendance, student materials, and recordings.

• Feedback collection on Day 1/2 and on the last day to ensure continuous improvement.

Step 6: Reporting & Closure

• Assessment scores and feedback shared with stakeholders.

• Invoice issued on the last day of training.

• Post-training support available if required.
